The hotel's location was very convenient, with many F&B outlets around the area. The room was clean and spacious, with a great selection of breakfast options to choose from. The rooftop bar had a stunning view and is definitely worth the visit.
The elevators were painfully slow, and you could hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. There was also a strong smoke smell in the non-smoking room, which could not be resolved by the housekeeping staff.

the staff are friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Our room was clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the breakfast spread which had a good mix of local and international dishes.
The hotel could improve on elevator service during peak hours.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was right next to a mall with many food and beverage options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the free parking and easy access to transportation. Furthermore, the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options to choose from! the rooftop pool provided stunning views of the city's skyline. Plus, its location near a mall made it easy to find food and other essentials. the hotel offered a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The elevators were extremely slow and often stopped at every level, which made it frustrating to travel to and from our room. the walls seemed thin and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right next to a new mall with a great selection of restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything we needed within walking distance. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of both international and local food options. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.
Although the hotel was great, we found the pool on the top floor to be quite crowded, especially with local guests and their children. However, this didn't detract too much from our overall experience.
